CANCELLATION POLICY

• Hours of Operation: I will be working 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM only. The last appointment of the day must be booked so that I can finish by 5:30 PM. Any appointments scheduled after 5:30 PM will incur a $25 “squeeze-in” fee. • No Call/No Show or Last-Minute Cancellations: If you no call/no show or have 2 or more last-minute cancellations, you will need to pay a fee to book future appointments. Two no-shows will result in being unable to rebook with me in the future. •Please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a last-minute cancellation fee. I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and I will consider these on a case-by-case basis. • Fills: Appointments 3 weeks or more after your last appointment will be considered a Full Set due to the extra time, work, and product involved. •Guest Policy: Please try to keep the number of guests accompanying you to a minimum. Only one additional guest (other than the scheduled guest) will be allowed due to limited space. Children are welcome, as long as they remain respectful of the environment and refrain from running around or being disruptive. Thank you for your understanding! •Arrival Time: Please aim to arrive no more than 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to help ensure I’m not feeling rushed and can give you the best service possible.
